I am directed to refer to the appended below email dated May 25, 2022 alongwith the attached letter No. AIC-10-4(10)MC/2019/HEC/2972 received from the Higher Education Commission (HEC) on the abovementioned subject for your kind information and further compliance as deem appropriate please.
In the stated above letter, HEC has intimated that the Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports and Youth, Cyprus has called for film submissions to the short film festival. The International Short Film Festival of Cyprus (ISFFC) is the official competition festival for short films in Cyprus, showcasing and celebrating an outstanding narrative, animated, documentary and experimental original short film content.
Therefore, HEC has requested COMSATS University Islamabad (CUI) to encourage interested students to participate in the aforementioned Film Festival, before the deadline i.e., June 15, 2022, by providing film submissions (up to 25 minutes long) fiction, documentary, experimental, student and animation short films under intimation to HEC. Films can only be submitted via the given platforms: www.filmfreeway.com -

Student Notice,
All students of CUI Vehari Campus are hereby directed to complete their vaccination by October 18, 2021 and carry their vaccination cards with them while entering the university premises on Monday, October 18, 2021. The students who fail to show vaccination cards shall not be allowed to enter the university.
However students with a single dose of vaccination are admissible to university till October 31, 2021.These instructions are being issued by the Office of Deputy Registrar, CUI Vehari Campus. -
